Vorkutaugol
Vorkutaugol is one of the most significant tracking projects implemented by Alpha-Safety in the company's history. In 2017, we deployed a tracking system across four Vorkutaugol mines with a total coverage length exceeding 300 kilometres. Vorkutaugol also became one of the first enterprises to implement the minePASS software, marking a significant milestone in the company's digital transformation. The primary goal was to upgrade the system, significantly enhance its functionality, improve tracking accuracy, and optimise processes. Implementing the minePASS platform allowed for a software upgrade and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance safety and operational efficiency.

Vorkutaugol employees were actively involved in the project and played a key role in its successful deployment. Their valuable feedback and suggestions helped us better tailor the functionality of minePASS to the enterprise's specific needs. The collaborative effort and customer feedback allowed us to swiftly address any challenges and improve the platform’s efficiency, ensuring a smooth transition to the new software.

This project is a vivid example of how innovation drives successful business development.
Projects
The Kirovskaya Mine was the first project to implement the minePASS software platform. Despite the relatively small scope of work, we approached this project with the utmost focus and responsibility. Before the introduction of minePASS, the Kirovskaya Mine employees had no experience using tracking and emergency alert systems, making this project especially significant for us. We understood that this was not just the installation of new software but the beginning of a long-term partnership with the Exim Artis Group to improve the safety and efficiency of their production processes.
Kirovskaya Mine
Kazchrome
In 2022, preparations began for the implementation of a large-scale Alpha-Safety project, which is rightfully one of the company’s reference highlights. The project included installing tracking and emergency alert systems, atmospheric monitoring, lamp room automation, traffic light control, and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the mine and integrating these solutions with the company’s BI systems. All departments of Alpha-Safety were engaged to 120% to ensure the successful execution of the project.

As a result of this work, new modules, including the traffic light control system, were added to the minePASS platform. In addition to expanding the software's functionality, we developed a range of proprietary equipment now actively used at the site.

We are deeply grateful to ERG's managers and leadership for their trust and productive cooperation. Every piece of client feedback has become the foundation for further product improvements and development.
Yakovlevsky GOK
The cooperation between Yakovlevsky GOK and Alpha-Safety began in 2019. At that time, our company equipped the enterprise with the Strata Commtrac tracking system and provided after-sales technical support. Later, we received a request to upgrade the tracking system and transition to the minePASS digitalisation platform. The primary focus was on the system’s stability, extending the depth of historical data storage, and enabling integration with external ERP systems and GOK software.
The implementation of this project brought invaluable experience to the company, particularly to our IT department, as all components of the minePASS system had to meet strict information security standards. Notably, thanks to the system’s ability to integrate with third-party software, alongside the implementation of minePASS, the client also deployed process automation systems that utilise tracking data from minePASS.
Ridder PolyMetal
Despite the close geographic proximity of Ridder—a city rich in mineral resources—to Alpha-Safety's headquarters, Ridder PolyMetal became the first project to implement the minePASS system in East Kazakhstan. This project was a significant challenge for our company. The tight deadlines left no room for delays. Still, thanks to the coordinated work of our team, partners, and the client’s responsible approach, we completed the installation and successfully launched the system in a short period.

The team at Ridder showed great interest in improving production safety, which was one of the critical factors in choosing the minePASS system. The enterprise's leadership actively supported initiatives introducing advanced technologies to improve working conditions and reduce risks. After implementing the tracking and emergency alert systems at the mine, the next step is to deploy a dispatching module.
This commitment to safety protects workers' health and enhances production efficiency, a key factor for industry success.
